We called Elite for outside of our home repairs and for the inside of the home. For the porch, downspouts, etc. They did a really amazing job within days. Christmas lights up in November, down the first week of January
Commercial-grade LED bulbs cut to your roof line, soffits, trees, and shrubs. We install before Thanksgiving, take everything down after New Year's, and store the lights for next year. No ladders, no tangled strings in the garage, no melted clips after the first freeze.

Skylights, installed so they don't leak
Most skylight leaks aren't the skylight. They're the flashing somebody rushed. A skylight is a hole cut in your roof, and the flashing around the curb is what keeps it dry. New installs, leaking units swapped out, or a sun tunnel for a dark hall.

Deck-mounted and curb-mounted
Cut to the rafter bay, flashed with the manufacturer's kit and ice-and-water shield, shingles woven back over the curb. Fixed glass for light, or a venting unit you can crank open.

Leaking or fogged-out units
A skylight that drips or fogs between the panes has a failed seal or worn flashing, not a roof you need to replace. We pull the old unit, re-flash the opening, and set a new one. Sun tunnels too, for closets and halls with no wall for a window.
A skylight only leaks when it's flashed wrong. Done right, you forget it's a hole in your roof.
The exterior work most crews won't return your call about
