Call the company to get a quote on a raccoon damage on my roof. They give me a good price better than any other contractor that I check, very qualifying personal. Elite Contracting Group did a STELLAR job taking care of my home. I had an insurance claim for hail damage that they helped work with the insurance company on. We have solar panels that we lease. Elite worked with the company contracted by the solar company for removal on timing and having very minimal days without our solar panels put back on. The work was done efficiently and thoroughly. We had extensive wind damage. They had someone come right out and inspect and take pictures of the house and garage. If it were not for their due diligence with the pictures they took we would have only received $800 from our insurance company . With their documentation and photosHigh the insurance company paid $6,500 and everything was fixed to perfection.Highly recommend!

I'm very happy with the new roof, gutters and leaf guards Elite installed on my home almost 2 years ago. It looks like it did when it was new. His installers were very professional and none of them were standing around doing nothing. Every time they finished their work for the day, all waste was picked up. Because it was a complete tear-off, I kept checking my driveway for any nails that might have been missed during clean up. I only checked one time because there wasn't a nail or anything. I even checked my back patio and it was clean. They worked with my insurance company and I received payments quickly without any issues. I've had questions about small things and they've come to my house quickly. If I ever need roofing in the future, I will always call Elite.

I had some roof work done that was a long time coming. I had a ton of questions throughout the process, and they were very informative throughout. The roof looks great, all of the work has been perfect. My main roof was covered through insurance, and I did my garage myself, which I thought I got a great price for. All told, I would hire them again.
Genuinely, probably thee best experience I've ever had with a contractor. This was our first time having a roof replaced (because of a bad hail storm in 2024) and Eric H. led us through the insurance claims procedure every step of the way. (He was VERY patient with us and wonderfully helpful as we navigated the claims and pay-out processes.) He even went "beyond the call of duty" to advise us on amending our home insurance policy going into the future. The new roof shingles go very nicely with the colors of the house, and (to my knowledge) Elite's workmanship warranty is better (longer) than warranties offered by competing companies. We were really lucky to work with this company and have Eric as the lead on the project. I would definitely hire Elite for a future job.

After a hailstorm, many Decatur homes had damaged roofs and gutters. Paul from Elite was inspecting homes in our neighborhood with a drone and found extensive damage to our roof and copper gutters. He worked tirelessly with the insurance company to make sure that we received a satisfactory settlement for the damage. Since we live about 3 hours from Elite’s home base, I relied on customer reviews to make the decision to use Elite. Our home is over 100 years old and the roofing crew and gutter crew did a great job. We had some damage to one of our gutters several months after the original installation and Enrique drove down to Decatur twice to replace the gutter. Great customer service and top quality work. Very happy with the results ! Just a minor wind damage repair to my garage fascia and soffit, but Elite came out on a Sunday to handle this for me. They did extra to make sure it was done right. I have attached before and after pictures. While onsite, we discussed another roof issue I have , and I plan on using Elite for that repair here soon.

I couldn't be happier with my experience with Elite Contracting replacing/repairing my aging roof with hail and water damage. Chase worked directly with my insurance adjuster to assist in getting some hail damage coverage that I wasn't optimistic I would be able get, given the 30+ year age of the roof and heavy tree coverage. Their price was was very reasonable, with no hidden costs, and an excellent materials and workmanship warranty. Their large crew worked very professionally and efficiently, with the aid of some state-of-the-art mobile equipment used for safe material lifting and debris collection/removal. Everything was completed, including thorough site cleanup, all in an single 8-hour day. I highly recommend them!

Orland Park had severe hail damage back in May. Rick did an inspection of our roof and entire house. He found extensive damage on the roof, gutters, window wraps and siding. Elite Contracting Group did a phenomenal job handling our hail damage repair. They were professional throughout the process always there to answer questions/concerns. They replaced our roof on time and were very courtesy of the property using special equipment to ensure the tear off was as clean as possible. They also did a great job of ensuring the ground cleanup and nails were disposed of properly. My house had a unique flashing installed prior to Elite replacing our roof. Because of the March 31 storm that came through Decatur, we acquired some damage to our roof. Elite showed us the damage through the drone that they had. We could see just through their presentation to us, that this will be a good company to work with. They didn’t prove us wrong. They helped us navigate the insurance process, working with them. I had Elite come out to replace all of the wood trim on the house and wrap it in aluminum. Upon further work, they realized there was already some previous damage around the garage door and front door from water. Lit and his crew replaced all rotted beams and boards in a quick time frame. Elite team! Helped me get my house back together after significant damage from wind and hail. They met adjuster from insurance and walked them through damage. The only expense I had was deductible. Quick easy and it only took couple days to complete work. Would recommend and do business again!!!

Elite contracting Group did an excellent job . They did a complete tear off of old roof , installed new roof, repaired/ replaced damaged soffit/fascia, and put on new gutters . They completed the entire job in less than 3 days , and my place is HUGE ! Lit is very easy to work with , and you can take him at his word .

Living in a condo our association has Elite as our contractor. After this last heavy rainfall I found water in our basement. Lit came out and knew right away what and where the leaks were that was causing the problem. Great guy to work with.. prompt showing up as promised and let me know right away when he needed to change the time, which worked out better in the long run for both of us. Call Elite!
